Wedding Ensemble Choice

Apologies for the self-centered interruption, but Mr. Bagley's diminutive sister is wedding tomorrow, and I am absurdly undecided as to what frock to wear to her informal wedding dinner.

Please assist by voting in the comments.  I'll be back with pictures and more body image posts next week!

  1. I am all for option 2. Though I think my opinion is equally self-centered. The neckline is far more flattering on my figure than the one from option 1. I think either outfit is perfectly appropriate and cute.

  4. 2! I wish I had that dress for my bro-in-law's wedding a few weeks ago. Tiffany Blue was their wedding color.

  5. Option 2! I need help figuring out what to wear for a September family wedding, too.

  6. I think option one looks more classic/vintage...more you. Have fun!

  8. I love #1! The dress in 2 is great but I am not as pleased with that cardigan.

the dress is so cute in option two, i'd hate to cover it with the cardigan!

  12. I love them both. So cute! And with an expanding tummy you can still fit into both? Lucky lady!!!! I go with option 2. The design on the skirt is lovely!

  14. LOVE option 2! The lines of the dress are so lady-like and the color is beautiful. Can't wait to see what you choose.

  15. Option 1--it seems as though option 2 would have too much going on when you pair it with the cardigan, though that dress is scrumptious. I have to agree with another commenter who noted that option one seems more classic and vintage as well.
Have fun! I have a wedding tomorrow too, but don't have quite the budget/wardrobe to pull one of these ensembles off!

  17. I think option 2. I do love the shoes in option one. Both are excellent choices...you'll look stunning in whatever you choose.

  18. Option 2. I know others were not loving the cardi, but I do! I am not sure about the shoe choice though...I get wanting something to make the outfit pop, but the color seems off somehow.

  19. I love the dress in option 2, especially the color!

PS- I didn't know that Mr. Bagley's sister is marrying Mr. Nielson's brother. What beautiful families!

  21. I've been eying both of those dresses. I think I'll have to say option two. I love the shoes and the color of the dress. I think you would look really nice in that green sweater though.

  22. My vote is for option 1. The red shoes just really make the outfit, I think :)

  23. My first reaction was #2, but now that I've taken a minute to really look them over, I am going to go with #1. Either way, you're going to look fantastic.

  24. Option one - love the color of the shoes, and feel it's more casual. Option two feels more formal and fussy.

  25. Option 2. That dress is gorgeous!

  26. They are both very pretty, but I love option 1!

  27. #2, is this the same wedding NieNie is going to?

  28. Of course you will look darling in both. Those orangey shoes are to die for. The blue dress seems a tinge more formal?? I don't know. that is why you make decisions like this for me. I would have to see them in real life. but I guess it's too late for that. You will be beautiful no matter what lady.

Option 1 is for the wedding tomorrow.

  33. I am all over option 1. Love it!

  34. Option one is the choice of Gram-Gram. What is Coco wearing?

  35. You will be stunning, regardless!

I do love option #1 the best, especially the shoes. And the dress. Oh, and the cardigan.
