Wearing your goodwill goodies without looking like the original pension paid proprietor requires a thoughtful amalgamation. Beth Allen the sweetest little thrifter you're chance to cross carts with in the second hand aisles, agreed to cross-pollinate closets with myself (an admitted anthroholic) for an afternoon of dress up.
Prescription: A Photo Essay which I have titled: 6 vintage dresses + 6 romantic sweaters add whimsical accessories (admittedly expected yet straight forward and direct, something my husband claims my writing lacks)
(Can't get enough? Take a look at Lady Allen's Vintage Sunday collection)

ReplyDeleteI usually appreciate all the styles you put together, but I LOVE everything in this post. I wish I could wear everything in this post. I would never have thought to put that green floral dress with the coral sweater, beautiful!

So funny. I met her at the doctors office the other day when her little man and my chubby love were suffering from seasonal distress. And I remember thinking how beautifully dressed her and her gorgeous children were! LOVE her style. I wish I could figure out how to pair colors and patters, perfectly, like that. As well as finding thrift store buys and making them work for me like she does.
ReplyDeleteSweet. Beth has the best clothes!
