Price adjustments are slightly different than return policies. With price adjustments, you can still get the difference in cost even if the product has already been opened or worn, as long as you have your original receipt.

If you are outside a merchandiser's price adjustment window, but within the return window, and have not worn the item, bring the actual item into the store with its original receipt, return it and repurchase it. Again this option only works if you haven't yet used the item.

ReplyDeleteI was just in the Gap on Friday and their price adjustment policy is now 7 days. The lady said they changed it a long time ago, but I think it's been recent because I shop there a lot and have done price adjustments after 14 days recently.
