Two things you thought you could never wear - halter tops and strapless dresses. They with their nakedness, pointing fingers at your insecurities. When paired with proper companions there is no need to fear.
A simple cardi can take a halter from summer picnics to autumn offices.
And a basic blouse under a strapless dress stylishly asserts that it has nothing to hide, even if it is quietly covering both excess underarm and back fleshies.

I love cardigans! But now I want to try the shirt underneath the dress. Thanks for all of your great ideas!
ReplyDeleteDo you ever use double-sided or Hollywood tape to keep your cardi in place? That's my biggest worry! Love your photos.
ReplyDeleteamydear
ReplyDeleteI've never had the need for double-sided tape to keep my cardi in place. They've stayed in place all on their own. However, if I were worried, I would secure the overlay with its own built-in buttons.
love those jeans. what are they???
ReplyDeletethanks! lindsay
I have that dress and it is a little unforgiving up top so I don't wear it very often. I would have never thought to wear it that way...it's fabulous!
