Fitting Room Friday: Shopping Strategies

She's smart, disciplined, athletic, healthy and gorgeous, she's Kara Bagley. And she won't settle for anything less than wholesome grains on her family's table (her cooking blog could change your life so clicker, clicky, click) and wholesome deals in her personal closet. This week we've been on a bargain safari, avoiding treacheries like junior fits and design malaise. And now our adventure has brought us full circle, but this time we're heading to the sale room, cutting through the jungle of options to uncover lost fashion.

  2. Kara could probably wear gunny sacks and still look gorgeous! But the sales items were darling too.

  3. Thank you for finding me some great bargains. I am so fortunate to have a personal shopper. Next time we play dress-up, I will remove the sports watch.

  5. I agree with Becky --Kara could wear anything and look amazing, but you found such fabulous outfits for her! Kara, have these been added to your closet?

  6. Your blog is full of such great ideas and inspiration!

I do have a question though, do you know of a decent alterations shop in the Mesa area? They don't make jeans that fit me right! I know I need jeans altered, I just don't know where to go. I am hoping you have some good advice. Thanks.

I actually know of more alteration shops in North Scottsdale near my store, but I have heard very good things about Barbara Ann's Alterations near the Poca Fiesta Shopping Center http://budurl.com/barbaraann
