Hourglass Options: Tie it, belt it, band it: whatever you need to do to show off the center of your torso.
Linear Options: Keep the neckline high and embellish to allude to volume and curves.
If you have warm undertones in your complexion consider wearing an ivory or honey beige as opposed to a cool white.

Julie, I can't tell for sure but it looks like you have warm undertones in your skin. I would try an ivory or light beige which is less harsh than stark white.

For Easter I would look at shoes in fresh midtones (between pastels and fully saturated colors) like emerald green, turquoise, shiarapelli pink, amethyst purple, etc. Hooray for Easter dresses!
